Ingredients
(4 persons)
1 Millennium
200 gr. sugar
1 big lemon or 2 small ones
1 ½ cups water
Fresh mint or spearmint
Raspberry sauce
250 gr. raspberries
1 orange
Mint leaves
Whole raspberries
Preparation
· Cut open Millenium and remove seeds.
· Make some melon balls and save for decoration.
· Purée the remaining pulp.
· Boil the lemon juice, water and sugar; let cook 2 or 3 minutes, then let cool.
· Add mixture to purée melon, stir and put into freezer.
· Stir occasionally so it doesn’t form ice crystals.
· Freeze for 2 hours.
· Serve in glasses or plates with melon balls, whole raspberries and raspberry sauce.
· Decorate with mint or spearmint leaves.
Raspberry sauce
· Clean raspberries
· Separate some for decoration and purée the rest.
· Mix with orange juice.
