Cream of Melon

Ingredients

(4 persons)
1 kgr.melon
100 ml. milk
100 ml. single cream
50 gr. sugar
1 pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation

• Remove the melon from the skin and deseed
• Blend with milk and a little single cream and place in a liquidiser
• When serving accompany with a few melon balls for decoration
• Sprinkle with cinnamon
